A clear ice supplier should fit the way your bar or event actually operates. The useful comparison is the finished cut, usable quantity, delivery arrangement and storage requirement—not simply a photograph of a clear cube.
Compare dimensions and pack quantities
Ask for all three dimensions of a block and the diameter of a sphere. A tall 2.5-inch block is not necessarily a 2.5-inch cube. WK’s standard signature block is 2.5 inches high with a 2 × 2-inch footprint; our sphere is 2.4 inches in diameter. The standard online cuts come in 25-piece packs. Engraved options are ordered per piece.
Test in your real glassware
A cube’s corners can catch inside a round or tapered glass. Measure the inside of the glass and test a sample with the actual drink and garnish. Our ice guide compares eight cuts and explains the fit calculations.
Check the delivery rhythm
WK’s standard local route is Saturday delivery, with a Thursday 5 p.m. Eastern cutoff for standard orders. Saturday local delivery to eligible NJ & NYC addresses is free on orders of $100 or more. Orders below $100 have a $29.95 delivery charge. Thresholds apply after discounts, before tax and delivery. Outside our NJ & NYC delivery area? Estimate freezer space for the time between deliveries and discuss repeat supply with the supplier. A low unit price is only useful if the format and ordering rhythm suit your venue.
