A few useful details
Before we put it on ice.
What can you engrave?
We engrave monograms, logos and custom designs directly into clear ice. Share your artwork or idea so we can advise on feasibility and a suitable format.
How much does custom ice cost?
Request a quote with your design, estimated quantity and delivery location. We’ll confirm pricing for your order before you commit.
How far ahead should I inquire?
Begin at least 2–3 weeks ahead where possible. Artwork, special dimensions and availability can require more time; we confirm timing for your specific order.
Is there a minimum order?
We typically engrave 100 cubes or more. Smaller projects may be considered individually; confirm the quantity and price with your quote.
Can you deliver to my venue?
We offer Saturday local delivery to eligible NJ & NYC addresses. Outside our NJ & NYC delivery area? Contact us to confirm shipping availability, timing and pricing before ordering. Share your venue address and event date so we can confirm production timing, transit time and arrival arrangements. Shipping arrangements and charges are confirmed in your quote.
How should the venue store the ice?
Arrange freezer space before delivery. Keep the ice frozen in its packaging until service, away from strong-smelling foods, and avoid thawing and refreezing.
