Give your ice a few minutes before pouring to reveal its clarity and help prevent cracking.

Place the pieces in a clean glass or on a food-safe tray. Keep the rest frozen.

Allow roughly 3–5 minutes at room temperature. Look for a frost-free, clear, slightly wet surface. Larger or colder pieces may need longer.

Drain meltwater and add your chilled drink. For engraved ice, keep the design visible and pour beside it.

Store & handle: Keep sealed in the freezer, away from strong odors. Use clean tongs. Temper only what you need; avoid hot water or a microwave.
