Local delivery or FedEx?
In New Jersey and New York City you can also choose our own Saturday local delivery, which is free on orders of $100 or more. Order by Thursday at 5 p.m. Eastern for the upcoming Saturday. See New Jersey delivery and NYC delivery. Everywhere else in our shipping area, FedEx is the way to get our ice.

How long does shipping take?
Allow 3 business days for preparation, followed by an estimated 1 business day in FedEx transit after dispatch.

New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts and Rhode Island, to ZIP codes within one-day FedEx transit.
How much does shipping cost?
FedEx rates are calculated at checkout from your address and order. Shipping charges apply to every FedEx order. The free-delivery offer applies only to our local NJ and NYC delivery.
What should I do when my ice arrives?
Move it into your freezer as soon as it arrives and keep it in its packaging until you serve. Avoid thawing and refreezing.
Can you ship engraved or custom ice?
Custom engraving needs artwork and production confirmation first. Request a custom ice quote with your event date and address and we will confirm how it gets to you.
I run a bar or restaurant outside NJ and NYC. Can you supply us?
