Plan the Saturday route

Standard local deliveries take place on Saturdays. Place standard orders by Thursday at 5 p.m. Eastern for the upcoming Saturday, or select a future Saturday at checkout. Confirm that your address is eligible before planning service.

Thresholds apply after discounts and before tax and delivery. Mix and match formats to meet your order needs. Wholesale account pricing is confirmed separately.

Custom engraving requires artwork and production confirmation in advance. The Thursday cutoff for standard orders does not guarantee custom production for that Saturday. Share the event date and required handoff date with your inquiry.

Make the building handoff clear

For a restaurant, hotel, event venue or apartment building, include the receiving entrance and the name and phone number of the person accepting the order. Tell us about a loading entrance, service elevator or front-desk handoff that affects access. Confirm any venue receiving requirements in advance.

Reserve freezer space before delivery. Do not rely on an unattended lobby handoff for frozen products. Agree on who will move the ice into storage and who will take responsibility if the bar is not yet open.

Custom ice for weddings and corporate events

What should I order for a first trial?

Start with the drinks you already sell and measure the glasses they use. A 2-inch cube needs room for its corners; a tall spear needs sufficient usable glass height. Use the ice selection and glass-fit guide, then request sample availability for your venue.
