Clear cocktail ice delivery in NYC.

For NYC bars, event teams and home hosts

Our hospitality customers include Obvio, Adelaide and Double Chicken Please. See our bar and restaurant customer selection. Share your full NYC address and ZIP code to confirm eligibility; delivery access and timing are agreed for your venue.

Wolfe & Kensington supplies clear cocktail ice to eligible New York City addresses. Choose standard cuts for your cocktail menu or request engraved pieces for a wedding, reception or brand event. Share your complete address and ZIP code so we can confirm delivery eligibility and arrangements.

Plan the Saturday route

Standard local deliveries take place on Saturdays. Place standard orders by Thursday at 5 p.m. Eastern for the upcoming Saturday, or contact us to arrange a future Saturday. Confirm that your address is eligible before planning service.

These prices apply to local delivery only. Thresholds apply after discounts and before tax and delivery. Mix and match formats to meet your order needs. Wholesale account pricing is confirmed separately.

Custom engraving requires artwork and production confirmation in advance. The Thursday cutoff for standard orders does not guarantee custom production for that Saturday. Share the event date and required handoff date with your inquiry.

Choose ice around your cocktail menu

These standard cuts come in 25-piece packs. Check the complete cut comparison and glass-fit guide for smaller cubes and shorter spears. Custom engraved options are ordered per piece.

Make the building handoff clear

For a restaurant, hotel, event venue or apartment building, include the receiving entrance and the name and phone number of the person accepting the order. Tell us about a loading entrance, service elevator or front-desk handoff that affects access. Confirm any venue receiving requirements in advance.

Reserve freezer space before delivery. Do not rely on an unattended lobby handoff for frozen products. Agree on who will move the ice into storage and who will take responsibility if the bar is not yet open.

Wholesale ice for your NYC bar

Send your venue details, estimated weekly usage and the formats you want to test. Our wholesale sample form starts the conversation about glass fit, account pricing and recurring supply. Regular ordering should account for your busiest service days and the freezer space available between deliveries.

Custom logo and engraved ice for NYC events

A monogram or logo can be engraved into the ice for a selected signature cocktail. Start early enough to review the artwork and confirm production. Read the corporate-event planning guide or explore wedding ice.

Can you deliver to my borough or venue?

Use your full address and ZIP code to check eligibility. If your location, building access or receiving time needs special coordination, send those details before placing the order. This page describes NYC service, not a promise of coverage at every address or a fixed arrival time.

What should I order for a first trial?

Start with the drinks you already sell and measure the glasses they use. A 2-inch cube needs room for its corners; a tall spear needs sufficient usable glass height. Use the ice selection and glass-fit guide, then request sample availability for your venue.
