Bring your initials, a simple monogram or a meaningful motif into your cocktail service. Wolfe & Kensington engraves designs directly into clear ice. Share your artwork, date and venue so we can review the design, recommend a format and confirm a quote.

A useful starting point

At the listed unit price, 100 pieces have a product subtotal of $495 before applicable tax and any order-specific charges. Special sizes, design requirements, rush timing and delivery arrangements can change the proposal. Your written quote specifies what is included.

From artwork to cocktail hour

1. Choose the serve. Agree on the signature cocktail and exact glass with your bartender.
2. Send the brief. Include your artwork, event date, venue, estimated quantity and glass dimensions.
3. Confirm the details. Review the proposed design, price, production timing and delivery arrangements.
4. Prepare the venue. Assign a receiving contact and reserve freezer space until service.

Make sure the cube fits

A 2-inch square cube is about 2.83 inches across the corners. Our round-glass planning tool allows additional clearance; the actual glass should still be tested. A martini glass or tapered tumbler may need a different approach. Use our glass-fit guide before choosing dimensions.

How many pieces will you need?

Count the drinks that will use custom ice. For example, 150 guests × an assumed 60% choosing the cocktail × two servings gives 180 drinks. At one cube per drink and an illustrative 10% spare allowance, that is 198 pieces. Discuss the assumptions with your bar team before requesting a final quantity.

Delivery for your wedding

Our standard local delivery day is Saturday, with a Thursday 5 p.m. Eastern cutoff for standard orders. Custom engraving requires separate production confirmation. Tell us both your event date and required delivery date so we can confirm feasibility. Freezer storage and venue access should be arranged before the order is finalized.
