Understand the unit price, the event total and what to ask before accepting a quote.
A useful engraved-ice budget separates the price of the ice from the total cost of getting it ready for service. Two quotes can use the same per-cube price and still include different delivery, packaging or production arrangements.
WK’s current listed price
As of September 2026, our online monogram, custom and branded ice cubes are listed at $4.95 per piece. These examples apply that catalog price without assuming a volume discount:
| Pieces | Calculation | Product subtotal |
|---|---|---|
| 100 | 100 × $4.95 | $495 |
| 150 | 150 × $4.95 | $742.50 |
| 200 | 200 × $4.95 | $990 |
| 300 | 300 × $4.95 | $1,485 |
These are illustrative product subtotals, not fixed event packages. Applicable tax and any order-specific charges are additional unless your written quote says they are included. Check the live product listing and your final quotation for current pricing.
Retail, event and wholesale pricing: The online catalog lists standard engraved cubes at $4.95 per piece. For event quantities or recurring bar orders, request a written quote for your design, format, quantity and delivery. Account-specific or volume pricing is confirmed individually; the catalog price is not a promise of a wholesale rate.
What changes a custom quote?
Quantity and design count. Tell us the total number of pieces and how many separate artworks you need. Two monograms and a corporate logo create a different brief from one repeated design.
Ice dimensions. The standard engraved cube is a 2-inch cube. A lower-profile piece for a particular glass or another custom format needs a separate production review. A photograph of the glass helps, but internal measurements are better.
Artwork. A simple mark and intricate lettering may need different preparation. Ask what design adjustments are included and what must be approved before engraving.
Timing and handoff. Rush requests, special delivery arrangements and packaging requirements should be identified before comparing totals. Do not assume dry ice, a cooler or a particular delivery time is included unless it is stated.
Planning your lead time
Begin the conversation at least 2–3 weeks ahead where possible; we confirm availability for your specific date and design. An urgent inquiry is not a confirmed production slot.
Standard delivery versus an event quote
Saturday local delivery to eligible NJ & NYC addresses is free on orders of $199 or more. A $199 minimum product order applies; orders below this minimum are not eligible for local delivery. Thresholds apply after discounts, before tax and delivery. Standard service is Saturday delivery within NJ and NYC, with a Thursday 5 p.m. Eastern cutoff. A custom-event quote should explicitly confirm its own timing and inclusions.
