Turn a logo into a workable cocktail-service brief for your next brand event.
A logo in the glass works best when the design team, event planner and bar team agree on the same serve. Before ordering branded ice, decide which cocktail receives it, which glass it uses and how many pieces the event needs.
Start with the featured serve
A reception with several drink options does not need a branded cube in every glass. Choose the drink where the mark will be visible and the ice format fits the recipe. Share the pour volume, glass model and garnish with your supplier so the design is considered as part of the whole drink.
Prepare artwork for a small surface
Send a PDF, PNG, JPG or SVG with the logo you want used. Include brand guidelines if proportions or clear space must be preserved. Identify whether a tagline, small lettering or a secondary mark is essential; fine detail may need to be simplified for a readable engraving.
Nominate one person to approve the proposed artwork and record the final design version. Confirm that the organization has permission to use the submitted mark. If you need more than one logo, give a quantity for each rather than only an event-wide total.
Estimate pieces from the menu
For a hypothetical 250-person reception, if 40% choose the featured cocktail twice, that is 200 drinks. At one piece per drink and an illustrative 10% spare allowance, plan 220 pieces. Change those assumptions with your bartender; they are not a prediction of consumption.
Assign quantities by station if several bars will operate. Keep a central reserve so the busiest station can be replenished. Mixing ice and bottle-chilling ice require their own plan.
Check the glass before the design is final
Our standard engraved cube has a 2-inch square footprint and is 2 inches high. The corners need more room than the side dimension suggests. Use the glass-fit guide and arrange a physical check if the glass is tapered or unusually shaped. Ask about other formats rather than assuming the logo will transfer unchanged.
Budget and timing
The standard online branded cube is listed at $4.95 per piece as of September 2026. A custom quotation confirms the price for your quantity, design, dimensions and arrangements. We typically engrave 100 pieces or more and recommend beginning the process at least 2–3 weeks ahead where possible. Production availability must be confirmed for the specific date.
Standard local delivery is Saturday within NJ and NYC, with a Thursday 5 p.m. Eastern cutoff for standard orders. A custom production deadline and event handoff are separate details; provide both your event date and the required delivery date.
